The Tgrip Maxx Attachment is the smallest thing in our lineup that does the most. At its core it's just a handle — but it carries the same patented Diamond Design grip as the TGrip Bar, and it's rated to 150 lbs, so it holds up to real cable and band work, not just light rehab exercises.
Pair it with our Home Gym Cable Pulley Kit and you've got a full pulley station without a wall-mounted machine. Attach it to resistance bands instead and it becomes a portable setup you can use anywhere — a hotel room, a garage, a park. Same handle, same grip, different anchor point.
What actually changes when you use a neutral grip on cable work: your wrist stays in line with your forearm through the whole movement instead of twisting into a fixed position. On high-rep cable work especially, that difference adds up — it's usually your wrists and elbows that give out before the target muscle does.
The Maxx ecosystem covers a few ways to use it: the standalone attachment if you already have a cable setup, the full pulley kit if you don't, and band bundles (the TGrip Maxx Kit and No Excuses Kit) if you want something that packs into a bag. Start with whichever matches the equipment you already have.
