Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. Please contact our support team for more information if you have any concerns.

Lost or Damaged Packages Tgrip Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
